As the Director of Personal and Commercial Lines, Connie possesses a wealth of knowledge and experience in the insurance industry. With a career spanning several decades, she has held various leadership roles across the insurance landscape, culminating in her current position where she oversees the daily operations of the sales and service teams.
One of the notable achievements in Connie’s career is the ownership of her own insurance agency. This entrepreneurial venture allowed her to gain a deep understanding of the insurance industry from the ground up, honing her expertise in insurance practices and customer service. In addition to her contributions to service and support individuals and families with insurance needs throughout the region, she works with businesses to understand their needs and develop strategies to mitigate risk and protect assets. This includes for profit businesses as well as not for profits. Connie is a valuable member of Salem Five’s Nonprofit Solutions Team working with experts across the bank to support this important sector.
Beyond the boardroom, Connie leads a well-rounded life. She finds solace and rejuvenation in biking along the picturesque landscapes of Cape Cod, a favorite pastime. She enjoys spending time with family and friends and exploring new destinations through travel.
